Orthopedic Massage 1

Soft-tissue pain complaints of the torso are one of the most pervasive reasons for people to seek health care, particularly massage. You will learn about the conditions of the neck, upper & low back, hip and pelvis region, including evaluation and treatment. Includes conditions such as thoracic outlet syndrome, spinal nerve compression pathologies, piriformis syndrome, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, low back pain, whiplash, and others.

Orthopedic Massage 2

Very few courses address lower extremity issues in this detail. Lower extremity conditions have proven more common these days as people engage in more activities at home and work. Explores evaluation and treatment of the thigh, knee, leg, ankle, and feet. Learn about conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, patellofemoral pain, tendinosis, shin splints, muscle strains, and others.

Orthopedic Massage 3

This course provides valuable tools to help you address upper extremity complaints.The repetitive nature of many occupations has led to an epidemic of upper extremity disorders, this course provides you tools for treating these conditions and others of the shoulders, arms, forearms, wrists, and hands.  Covers disorders such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tears, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve entrapment syndromes, and others.
